Work Regulations While Studying

During Term Time: Students are allowed to work up to 20 hours per week.
During Holidays: During the holiday periods from June to September and December 15th to January 15th, students can work up to 40 hours per week.
On-Campus Work: Job options include administrative assistant roles, library assistant positions, and working in the student union.
Off-Campus Work: Opportunities are available in retail, hospitality (such as cafes and restaurants), tutoring, and customer service.
Typical Hourly Wages: Wages vary based on job, location, and experience, with the minimum wage in Ireland currently set at €10.50 per hour as of April 2024. Many student jobs offer wages around this rate.
