Our Values

1. Students First
We exist to serve our students. All decisions made must benefit students first and foremost.
2. Demand Excellence
We set high, often unreasonable standards for ourselves and expect the same from those we work with.
3. Fail fast, learn faster
We have a bias for action and intelligent risk taking. Most importantly, we learn from mistakes.
4. Be Curious
We ask "why" a lot and dig deep into challenges. It pushes us to think and improve over time.
5. Think big, think long term
We aspire to deliver a high quality at scale. It may take time, but we are patient and persistent.
6. Employee Engagement
Our team is our biggest strength. We train them rigorously, support them always but expect great work.
